To All Concerned: AB Watley and the Utimate Trader Thread is not intended for personal attacks between some of the posters here, lets please maintain some amount of decorum. I will address the issues that I can right away and try to answer as many problems as I can. First, CA is a listed stock so there are no level 2 quotes on it, what you're seeing are the exchanges it trades on and the prices on each exchange. This is all explained completely in the Utlimate Trader manual that we have available for download. Secondly, yes we are in the midst of a relocation to a new far superior Data center, and major upgrade of all servers, networks, communications, etc. this will be completed very shortly. Secondly, with regard to the chart data. With the new servers being put online everyday this week some of them have not been adjusted for splits as the others are. Splits can be adjusted right away on the fly here at the new data center. All that is required is a reporting to Client Services that there is a discrapency. If there is missing data we will take that server offline and replenish the data at the close of the market. During this transition we ask for not only your patience but your assistance in making sure we have everything perfect for our trading community. We would not have undertaken this complete upgrade had we not been dedicated to providing the most stable, trustworthy data and execution system available. This upgrade is not only to better our systems for today but to insure them for our future. As always we appreciate ALL comments positive and negative, for if we are not made aware of potential problems we cannot take the necessary steps to correct them.
