Klayman obtained an order directing the DOJ to do a real document search responsive to his discovery requests which is to be supervised by a federal magistrate. This is unheard of! Can you imagine a situation where a federal magistrate needs to oversee litigation with DOJ, Commerce, etc. to insure there is no obstruction, document shredding, etc. This is incredible. I can't understand why it doesn't get more play in the media. JLA
