Called EINI for the latest info and learned they have and was referred to their new InHouse IR, which is there from 7 AM to 4 PM PST. They have a faxable / emailable IR package. I asked about the completion of the merger, and they said it will be some time this month. Well, it's about time, I'm ready for it, and any more slide in EINI's price before the news hits is gonna prove to have been a great opportunity, just like when EINI sank to 31 cents following its IPO.

Here's the contact info for EINI's InHouse IR:

I disagree with the rumors that ONPS is CastNet's only competition. How many members does ONPS have? How does ONPS market its services? Does ONPS have locations in Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, and seeking acquisitions? Is ONPS located in the same building as the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), and the Actors Equity Association (AEA)? Why does ONPS have no press releases? Who is ONPS behind all its websites' Shockwave plug-in windowdressing? What's the ONPS business plan? Where are their financials? Who's their market maker? How many shares outstanding, and public float? Where are research reports? Who is the CEO? Who is the CFO? For that matter, I have yet to see the names of ANY member of the management team. And why is the ONPS 52 week range a horrifying 2 - 166 7/8? Most disturbing is the ONPS "press release" posted by Bull Dog (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=8229155) which is not listed on any of the newswire services.

At this point ONPS doesn't look like a contender against ANY of the online talent agencies -- even castahead.com, in New York, appears to be far ahead of little ONPS. Could turn out that ONPS becomes a big player, but right now all evidence is to the contrary. Regardless, there is only one possible competitor for CastNet, and that is The Link, at submitlink.com.

EINI is one of the few internet companies that is generating revenues, as their financials will attest to.
