The quiet period should be over by now....I have been looking at this one, recommended to me by some broker out of NYC. It is trading at a P/E of 8!!! That seems awful low, but there are no financials out on EDGAR...they made the NASDAQ NMS and got audited by Arthur Andersen...its worth looking into.
