What a joke! <<Reagan brought down Communism, thus saving BILLIONS!<< Reagan deserves some credit in this regard that I am willing to give. Probably his only notable achievement, but what has it done for the average American? Squat. Kennedy could have done the same thing if he had lived and won a second term.
