All parties are well aware of the underlying agreements and deficiencies in contributions. Our lawyers have spoken to both the TD Bank and MAC. The court should be able to make a simple ruling based on the TD Bank's submission. Our interests should not be affected by this matter as our agreements predate the loan agreement. Our course of action will be determined by the outcome of this ruling. Dave
