The question:" Is this company poorly or very wisely managed?"

In the days where bottom makes new lows, Peruvian continue to hold a bag of money. Exception in world of juniors, financial powerhouse in its class, still what is the point, if there is no idea where to put it? If the commodity market recovers, Peruvian will have nothing to show as explorer, nothing as a acquisitor, bottom line nothing for shareholders value. Is Lara potential so great and only visible to the insiders?
