Dave, I thought about the regs while in a meeting and figured you meant air pollution, etc. emissions. I was just in Boston, air seemed OK, but maybe they're getting tighter. California is now, in general, cleaner than 25 years ago because of gasoline, etc. restrictions (I really speak for SF Bay only). LA, well... Tony
