Hi James - Dodn't get too excited. I talked to Patricia Owens (Investor Relations ..last week) and she stated that they are working on calculating the final actual vs accural for the business Broadcast division accounting. I explained to her, I thought we saw the big hit last year (I believe it was $1.50/share loss) and that IMO any accural adjustment would be positive to earnings. Patricia stated that they have not completely calculated this number and would not know if the impact would be 'positive' or 'negative'. She explained that this number will reflect the actual monies received from the sale, costs associated with plant closings, building downsize, inventory write downs, etc.

Therefore take your pick. A lot of non-reaccuring expenses can go into those 'actual' costs and it seems to me management will want to charge as much as possible w/o dissapointing the street. I do not think they will surprise on the upside but rather bring in the number as expected.

What we really want to look at are (1) sales growth, (2)operating expenses as a percentage of sales, (3) Gross margins in the 38%-45% range, (4) R&D expenses as a percentage of sales.

If gross margins stay the same or increase and sales growth is 15%-20% above last year (reflecting non-Broadcast Division income) and R&D expenditure increase, I believe we are in good shape going forward.
