NASDAQ listing will be applied for once acquisition of Netsol & Network Solutions is complete, which looks like a given in light of recent SEC filings, then only other requirement would be MGHI to trade at or above $4 for 30 days. A lot of BB companies say they plan on being NASDAQ listed but MGHI has what it takes to achieve it.
