The lawsuit is noise. Seldom are the prosecuting firms able to prove the allegations, and when they are they usually reach settlement prior to trial ensuring the attorneys fees get paid, and tossing a few crumbs to the shareholders. This business has become a staple for some law firms but the shareholders seldom get compensated fairly.

Since Sims and Toscanini are experienced white collar criminals (remember they pulled the same pump and dump scam on Concurrent shareholder prior to this latest scheme at CATP), it will be impossible to prove - profiteers like these guys don't leave a trail.

Anyway, I do believe CATP is fundamentally undervalued and probably a wise investment. But unless Sims and his cronies are removed, the cancer will spread as people of integrity refuse to be associated with these guys. The single biggest detriment to improved reputation and return of positive energy to CATP is Jim Sims. It will be interesting to watch it unfold - I believe he will leave as others look more closely at his record.

Rick.
