another fund mgr interviewed on cnbc just now stated that dell is at or close to a bottom, he would buy here, and he expects a positive earnings surprise for Q1. sounds like many of the momos are finished downplaying dell (ie. they are already buying so now they want the stock to go back up)...i wouldn't wait too long if you want to time (near) the bottom. good luck, Gr
