Dear Johnney,

<<Let me answer this first, CAB.

Sudhir did indeed violated his own company, The Resource Indicator, disclaimer: It
states as follows CAB

" The Publisher is not a registered investment advisor. No statement,or expression oe
any other matter herein, directly or indirectly, is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation
to buy or sell any security mentioned." >>

Now read this and do your best to FOCUS.

BY LAW, a registered investment advisor SELLS ADVICE to specific investors. RIA's are subject to government regulation. The investor may expect the highest quality advice and therefore the advisor assumes a high degree of liability, like an attorney or CPA.

A NL writer, like SK, SELLS A PUBLICATION to a wide audience. He does not advise specific individuals. Liability is lower so expectations should be lower and that is why a disclaimer is issued. You buy a publication not ADVICE.

Is this hard to understand? Well, that's the law. Many weak minds have trouble understanding the law.

Is it unfair? Is the distinction between RIA and NL writer too subtle? Not for those of us who read and speak English!

Hope this helps mental powers, Mr. Dark Vedo!

CAB

BTW, Sudhir did not "violate his own company" But you violate yourself with each and every post.
