You should have read further back on the thread... Message 7324798 You're right, something doesn't quite add up here, but it's worth watching because they do have what appears to be a valuable concession there off STPwhatever. They may be just snake-bit because they had some kind of financing lined up and realised just in the nick of time that they were going to get their heads handed to them if they tapped into it, and thus view anyone approaching with an offer of "money" with terror and trepidation. My speculation, of course.
