An interesting statement. If you are asking a rhetorical question, the response is: At what price point does that occur? Is IBM now selling the stated Celeron 433 at a loss? Do you have any evidence of that?

If you simply mean that DELL has a lower cost of production and delivery, that's already conceded. But, that does not address the issue of margin impact.

As for how long can IBM sell at a loss. Take a look at their financial statements.
