Where do you get that idea ?? Everything I can find says an average closing price for 30 days of $4.00 US is required to apply for Nasdaq and and if they can hold a bid price above $5.00 US national board approval, if not small board. BII now over 60 days above $4.00 US. "to get the 20 day share price to the magical $5.00 US "
