FineLine Signs Y2K Licensing and Merchandising Agreement
FAIRLAWN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 1999--FineLine Properties Inc. (OTC BB: FNLN - news) Tuesday announced that it has entered into a licensing and merchandising agreement with Boein Co. Ltd of Seoul, Korea, for its recently introduced Y2K cartoon character.

The deal includes extensive Korean National advertising for the Y2K character which will be exposed immediately in the Cyber Character Expo in Korea, which is organized by the National Television Network SBS. The Cyber Character Expo is Korea's most attended and publicized event. In a country of more than 45 million, whose connection to computers and the Internet is only exceeded by the United States and Japan, this Expo is where licensing and merchandising deals are made.

Ltd is one of the premier licensing / merchandising agents in the Asian region with a long track record of successful operations and an extensive client list, and this arrangement has provisions for future character licenses which will be coordinated for introduction in an orderly fashion consistent with the opportunities developed.''

Boein Co. Ltd has a client roster of over 32 firms with licensing activities spanning apparel, eye glasses, socks, umbrellas, gloves, leather goods, toys, games and software.
