Why would I mind? << So Archer, You wont mind me forwarding your info to the FRB? Right. The FRB Regulates margin, (shorts are considered a margin position) Ill be glad to tell them you said it was ok >> I am a professional investor, and short these type of stocks all the time. My methods on these stocks have been audited by one of the country's top law firms and one of the big five accounting firms. Just because you don't know how, doesn't mean it can't be legally done. And your everyday retail broker will be no help in this area. Regards to you and the FRB, Archer
