No. I spoke to the company about the old CEO. He owns 0000 shares. I try to get the stock before the audits come out... That way I own it before other people. This is the OTC BB world. Its alot riskier but when you find a potential gem you stick with it. (ABFG) News coming tomorrow cant wait.
