Bring on the telecom news now and if it is good then NPEC will move on its own. It will move even further when MDIN makes whatever announcement they plan on making. Who knows. The IR's have told several who have called that MDIN and NPEC meet and speak very often. Maybe they have a grand plan and have to keep us somewhat in the dark. Ken
