Yes, the percentage increase in the long LEAP is exceptional. It sure does make it more encouraging to cover the CC at a loss (if the stock price gaps upward) and roll up to a better CC strike price and perhaps a few months out. Also, you could still buy long CALLs as a defensive sideshow as well.

My LEAPs book by Harrison Roth came in today. Wow! That was fast delivery!

By the way! Anybody planning to attend the 1999 Palm Beach Investors Expo, South Florida Fairgrounds and Exposition Center, on Saturday, March 27? I will be checking out the free LEAPs seminar called "The Simple and Conservative Use of Options" from 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
