LWN, the cemetery owner, has Z = 0.3. Market cap has fallen from $3 B to $100 M in the last year. Their credit rating was just cut yesterday to one level above default.

I wonder if they might be able to turn it around. They do have a lot of assets to sell. It's trading at 0.1 X book. You don't see that very often.

I don't think I would touch it while the knife is still falling, though.
