To all you stock analysts, even those that pretend to play one on the internet. I've noticed since mid January that every day IOM opens with a big block buy - sometimes 25k sometimes 50k sometimes 75k.

Is this just a normal thing that happens with every stock as orders from the previous night are filled, or is it an indication of accumulation, both? I didn't see this happening in November/December 96.

Any thoughts to help out an admitted neophyte?
