Not knowing a thing about them other than their Z-score, I would speculate that, with this low a score, it's difficult to envision a successful turnaround opportunity, from an equity shareholder's perspective. A company sale, however, might still be feasible. If not, then a straight liquidation may be their only option. Presumably the secured creditors will get out whole or only partially impaired, and the unsecured creditors will take a haircut. I doubt the equity holders would get anything.
Just my opinion, of course. I haven't even looked at the latest Q, much less the K.
Does anyone else know anything about this company or its true financial condition from an operating perspective? If so, please feel free to jump in.
