Lawrence, re >It's kinda a scam.< I agree. Having bought a new PC in January, I appreciated being able to return it to the store when there was a malfunction. Mailorder would have required shipping it back - a major pain. That's another consideration, at least for buyers near stores. A request: can anyone steer me to PC sales data broken down by direct and store sales as well as corporate and consumer? Gottfried
