Peacock Valuation Unless I am missing something, the San Diego Flash division alone of Peacock is worth about 13 cents. Take 800,000 shares owned by Peacock (of which 300,000 are to be distributed) and multiply by the IPO price of 5. Take the result (4,000,000) divided by the total o/s of peacock (30,000,000) and the result is 13 cents per share. This of course assumes the IPO to go off at 5. The big bonus may come from the Solutions Media deal. Only time will tell. CH
