Thinking of buy XCIT to take position in ATHM. Is XCIT at a premium to the ATHM price? What are terms of ATHM and XCIT deal. AOL and NSCP deal was 0.45 AOL for each NSCP and for weeks NSCP traded at around 4% premium to AOL therefore offering a better entry price.Only risk of course is that deal sdosen't go through and then company being bought sees price drop. Any comments welcome.
