Regards Downstream, I talked to the President, Barry Ellsworth, today and he informed me that the close of the transaction with NetBilling is probably about two months away. He was not able to discuss the specifics of the transaction but it helps to know that the insiders control about 40% of the stock. As I said earlier, they certainly have an incentive to cut a favorable deal. Barry indicated that they will be looking to make additional acquisitions once this one closes. Hopefully, the stock drifts down from $1.
