Marinero Cir. is up on a hill with a great view of San Francisco plus a chunk (if not all) of the Golden Gate Bridge - the property value alone exceeds what he paid for the HTEH stock, if he owns it.
My stocks are faring well enough, thanks - dips and rises but not 25% at a crack in either direction.
