OK, Floyd, I don't know whether your Reg S theory is correct, but I did just check and can confirm that there's no "r" (for restricted) next to SVNI's share total (you must've whited it out <g>).

In your research, did you come up with any information on Highlands Trading Group, Inc. or M. Scott Mayer, both of San Francisco? Between the two, they had 370,000 shares, issued in 15 mostly consecutively numbered certificates.

I do seem to remember something about Trim Capital Management of London. Who were they again? They owned 5 consecutively numbered certificates of 50,000 shares each.

My point is, SVNI wasn't the only entity that obtained a large chunk of shares.
