Reddy: re:A sign of great bullishness on AOL! It is difficult to imagine your call option being up 3/4 when the underlying is down 6. However, the quote (change)on the call is with reference to the last actual sale the previous day, (irrespective of the current bid), including buys and sells, and given the wide spread, the discrepancy is possible. I generally compare my calls to the current bid, rather than the change from the previous close, since it could be misleading. I think I am done confusing this issue as much as I possibly can. <g> Srini.
