IF I had to venture a guess, BII was cleared by the SEC to trade in the US Fri. OR yesterday morning. Next step is to get Nasdaq listing approval, that usually takes 10 to 21 days after SEC clearance obtained. Stock movement, new houses buying and todays interview all appear to confirm my guess.
