Humbly report, CK, fact of the matter is that middle of the road is where I am regarding y2k. Prepare, don't panic, don't act like it ain't no big deal either.

So, no idea how you came to the conclusion that I am a doom and gloomer, or whatever. Yes, years ago, when not enough info was available I leaned toward the "disaster" scenario, but "major problem" is where I stand now. Live in the city, but also bought a place in the woods for recreation with y2k stock profits last year, and that's where I'll be come 01/01/00.

Don't pay much attention to the "sky is falling" crowd, and ditto as far as your inane "it's just peachy, folks" crap goes - and not just regarding y2k - consider me one of your anti-fans, if you will. You're a cheeky kid that needs to grow up, period.

As far as that PM I posted goes, "you asked for it, you got it, Toyota!"

Case closed, post #5000 to boot.

Cheers,

Svejk
