So how much does land go for in Fishkill and where exactly will IBM be building their plant? You can get a new construction, 5 bedroom, on 6.4 acres for $279,000 (asking price). Or, just go down the street to the next town and get 100 acres with 12,000 foot Victorian Mansion overlooking the Hudson River for $2.75 mill. You'll probably go for the Mansion and river view. Sorry, I don't know where the IBM property is. Best, JS
