yes but this will have no impact on any significant sales in '99. Are you saying wait for '00 for relief?

All four of your points put pressure on DELL margins and ASP in the near term. DELL needs to solidify its upscale move, or show payoff on a diversification strategy, if they are to stay on track for the next 6 months.
