From the proxy...<<<In the last twelve months, the Company has acquired MicroNet Technology, Inc., and has made investments in Reiter Associates, Inc., TV onthe WEB, Inc. and Alternative Entertainment Networks, Inc. The Company has also announced plans to establish program production and distribution facilities in Los Angeles and New York City in order to produce Internet video content and distribute it to targeted Internet markets>>>> What is becoming clearer and should be crystal clear when formally announced is that in addition to the three acquisitions, Ampex is launching their own network of "channels", so it looks to me like we will have three different Internet TV networks; Tv onthe Web, AENTV and Ampex Entertainment Group or whatever developing channels with differing business models and targeting different markets;;maybe three IPOs in the next year??
