Thanks for the suggestion Bob. About PeopleSoft, I know a little too much IMHO They were hit very hard,,,lost a lot of knowledge, experience. Very hard. Their product, doesn't scale, and some customers (on ERP side of course) consider it a disaster EOM, not just regular grousing of SAP, Baan Oracle IM, etc...but a boondoggle, IMHO. I had meetings with their architecture folks about two years ago (I don't believe anything has changed) where they described their Oracle interface...worse than Baan IMHO where it is treated as a repository for BISAM (flat) files.
I couldn't find the other symbol?! So while I believe PeopleSoft will do well, it is, like IM :), relative, i think!!! Sorry to be a wet rag:) and I'm sure you will profit handsomely when the analysts have to say something, especially the ones with MBA's !
Now if I could find a company that was a combination of NetPerceptions, Genesys (call centre/telephony) and WebMethods, well, life would be simple.
I'll let you know if I find the 'egg', if anything comes up, I'm interested--given the right timing and cash even PSFT!, but not yet.
