RE /unimpressive/ Why do you think that neog's 37% EBITA increase from the previous year's quarter is unimpressive? What were you looking for? They beat the analyst's expectations by a penny. True that you have to look at the change in their tax environment in order to see this growth, but I guess most people aren't looking that close. The settlement on the two lawsuits is also significant, in that it could add another 10 cents to the bottom line in the next year.
