CK......... I know that you are a strong believer in a concerted conspiracy against LEAH by short sellers, MM's or disgruntled shareholders. I believe that many of the concerns are warranted, and many have been brushed aside on this BB. I want to take up a couple of points of your post. <<The company states that they have engaged a certain accounting firm. >> Thats all they have done...they "stated"......they have shown no substantive proof, and as of yet, they have not released audited financials, or announced a release date. They have strung shareholders along for a considerable amount of time. <<Finally someone calls the SEC and demands that the stock be shut down because they allegedly didn't retain the accounting firm (again no evidence required!) The SEC FALLS FOR IT!>> I don't think that anyone "demanded" anything from the SEC. If they did that it would raise a red flag for them and thier motives. I believe they raised concerns......and the SEC acted upon those concerns. If all is on the up and up, then the MM's will have no problem with the 15c2-11, and we should be ok. Things that make you go HMMMMMM.......... The silence has been deafening from the company since the suspension. They have jumped around considerably in different industries, from clothes to windows to oil to internet.(their internet site is nothing to write home about). The President of Leah stated that Price Waterhouse Coopers was working on their audit in August, and then out of nowhere D&T CIS comes into the picture without any statement regarding the change. They threaten legal action against posters with a negative opinion of the company. I believe that there are concerns that needs to be addressed, and I guess on Friday we will find out if those concerns are warranted or unwarranted. I hope unwarranted.............
