True, KillerApp is a pure price comparison engine and EXGP has other technologies which must be valued, also. In fairness, though, I must admit that KillerApp's price comparison engine is a little more impressive than EXGP's. KillerApp searches more companies and presents search results in a superior format (all prices are listed together in KillerApp's own format). According to the salesman I talked to a month ago, EXGP is working to improve the ease of use of their Webdata product. This shouldn't be that hard, since the technology is already in place. Now, EXGP just needs to work on the presentation of results and signing up more clients.

If EXGP spends some time working on these 2 issues then, in my opinion, the company should be worth more than KillerApp (about $47.25 million at CNET's closing price) hands down.
