Ramsey, I'll try not to disagree with your sector hero, it is a promise (the trying, I mean <G>).

By the way, an interesting piece of info I gathered (from Seligson at Intel, if I understood him correctly), the typical figure of $1 Billion for a 5000 WSPW at 200 mm, is for the "depreciable" (fast depreciation) equipment, thus most of it goes to semi equipment manufacturers. The infrastructure, building and land is not part of this "milestone" figure. The target is to keep the 300 equipment tab at $1.3 billions for the same 5000 WSPW.

I thought this is an interesting measure with which we can try and gauge (once they announce new fab construction) the industry future prospects.
