I have read many of the messages in the last 7 days and feel that I shoudl add in what I know as a long time BOCI investor. The problem the Company has is that the majority of its sales has been OEM meaning little profit. They have been trying to crack into the Retail market. Up until now they have had no Corporate debt. However in their last quarter they have indicated their operating results will be lousy and further that they acquired a bankrupt German company incurring 63million in debt in the process. My fear is that they are not keeping their eye on the ball meaning spending maximum effort to break into more profitable retail sales. The earnings projection for next year is only 56 cents which is a severe drop from previous years. jdn
