I've had excellent results playing IPOs the last few weeks. But today when AWEB came out I put in a buy order for 20 1/2...then noticed the SPX moving steadily down...and cancelled the order. When I checked it a bit later...oh well. Discipline has its virtues. I have avoided losing a lot of money by being very slow to go long when the big indicators like the SPX and NDX are moving down. Still...if I had only pulled the trigger on AWEB... :)
