Ian, I think that the probability is nil. One idle fab could supply all the chips for another $10 billion of those "smart weapons", IMHO. Now, give me a real recovery in Asia and the rest of the 40% of the world's economy mired in recessions or no growth, and then we can see some revival. For the time being, my thesis of the "Spring Relapse" is still intact. I think that we are going to get another minirally starting late (Thursday or Friday) until about the middle of next week, and then the decline will, IMHO, start in earnest. I have 8250-8400 on the Dow before the end of June, before we turn again, that is a painful 1600-1700 Dow points from the high and still about 1200 Dow points from where we are. But, you knew that.
