I think there is some problem here. If you said :

"If Intel sold their entire product line at Celeron dollar margins,
would Intel still making money"

It is a valid question if the answer is no. Stock price is determine by the market. The management is responsible to make money only. The
more it made, the more people would reward and appreciate them and
jack up the price. But I don't think it is unethical or illegal to
sell Celeron at a lower margin(and no one has hard figure saying that
it is low).
