I would think that Softie would rather have 100% of the application rental, and outsource the TS part to get DOJ off their ass. Also, wouldn't Citrix becoming an ASP put them in direct competition with some of their customers? The possibilities are limitless, many of them make sense for both companies, and all have the potential to extremely lucrative.
