The 58-41 roll call by which the Senate voted to approve a resolution supporting NATO airstrikes against Yugoslavia in an effort to end the conflict in Kosovo.
On this vote, a ''yes'' vote was a vote to approve the strikes and a ''no'' vote was a vote to oppose them.
Voting ''yes'' were 42 Democrats and 16 Republicans.
Voting ''no'' were 3 Democrats and 38 Republicans.
