Do you read Martin Armstrong? last here he called the July 20 top(prior to it) and right to the day(!). he then called the return of the bull while most were wondering if 7500 would hold. Now he is saying April 8th is the beginning of down until late December.

FWIW, MSFT made a very ugly double top today. DELL is already trashed. Carl is calling for 65 on ATI over on decisionpoint. He is also bearish now. Who's the tech leader now?
