Outsourcing is the name of the game these days. The reason why TSIS landed the R&R contract from Frontier is simple. TSIS can do it better and cheaper. As for resistance in the low to mid 50 cent range. I don't agree with Mr Baker. Allot of the week hands sold out in Dec & Jan. As for last summer,probably 50 to 70 percent of the volume was Scott dumping shares after press releases. That volume is now gone and we now have a real up trend. These volumes are real shareholders buying and selling. Right now more buyers then sellers. only my opinions Skip
