Donny, FCCN has at least two great assets, one tangible and the other one speculative. First, it's a good sympathy with Ivillage, especially after latter's dazzling debut on Friday. The speculative asset involves a rumor of MSPG buyout. There is definitely enough synergy between the two companies to make the rumor sound reasonable. Besides, Mindspring better uses its inflated currency to make timely strategic acquisitions lest the bubble gets deflated in the not too distant future.
